Anyway, punter Ken Walter, the New England Patriots' replacement for Josh Miller, is now on injured reserve as well with a knee injury.
New England signed Walter on Nov. 22 when Miller's season ended due to a shoulder injury. Walter had a 37-yard average on 16 punts over four games.
The Patriots only remaining punter is rookie Danny Baugher, who has been on the practice squad.
Is there any other team in the history of organized athletic competition as victimized by injuries as the Patriots of the last 3 or 4 years? I mean, two punters?
