Football Night In America
I'm done dwelling on (read: moping about) last night's game. Looking ahead to Sunday. I'm expecting a good game out of both teams. There looks to be some intriguing matchups. I'm hoping Peyton gets out of his funk and starts connecting with his receivers. Cassel (sp?) seems to be getting more confident with every game. I'm hoping we can distruput him enough to get some sacks or errant throws. You guys ready?

If things continue
the same as over the last couple weeks, Indy may be in for a long night. But this season has shown that nothing is set in stone and anything can happen, and because our games haven’t disappointed lately, I think it could be a whale of a game. If Cassel keeps his poise and we can maintain a decent running game, we should be fine. If Indy finds the offense of the Baltimore game, it could turn into a real shootout. I’m looking forward to the game, win or lose.

Yeah, I'm ready
but then again i’m not the rookie, or injured cornerback that will have to go up against Wayne and Harrison. All I know is that we won’t know what to expect until kickoff. Hopefully Belichick and co. have been pumping some loud noise into their practice facility get Cassel used to the decibel level of a typical Indy game.
What a difference one year makes. Go figure.
Keep the faith!

I think the Colts have a lot to prove
My opinion is Indy has the talent and could be ready to explode out of the gate at any time. They seem to be not firing on all cylinders yet. The game against the Titans was tight until well into the second half and, if not for a few plays, could’ve stayed that way to the end. IMO, this means they’ll come out, guns blazing. NE…at The Lube…it’ll be a tough one for us.

That they might want it more.

True
But sometimes you can want it too much and trip and land on your face. There’s no doubt the talent is there and if and when everything clicks all at once, Katie bar the door.

Sanders, Addai and Hayden all practiced today
though 7 other guys sat out hurt. It’s probably just the short turnaround from the MNF game.

Those 3...
…are the ones I’m specifically interested in. 6 weeks ago, I thought I asked you guys to keep Bob out until next week. Dang… ;-)

Reggie Wayne is one of the 7 that sat
but he came back and finished the game after he got hurt so they are probably just playing it safe with him. The other starter that sat was Marlin Jackson.

I would have agreed with you
but now he’s out for the year with a torn ACL and meniscus damage, so I guess I missed him coming out.

Ouch!
Sorry to hear that, seriously. That’s a bummer of an injury.

yep
I missed it the first time I read over the story that was linked on stampede blue. He shredded the knee in practice yesterday.

Wow.
Out of all places, I never would’ve guessed he’d get a season-ending injury in practice.
Sorry to hear that. The injury bug is biting both of our teams hard this year.

talk about freak
it was in non-contact drills. He just turned or planted wrong and tore his ACL and meniscus.
