Adalius Thomas out for season
According to ESPN.com, looks like Adalius broke his left arm and is done for the season, or at least a significant number of games going forward. We can't get any good luck at all this year on the injury front, but it seems like that's the case every year.
The sources cited in the story are unnamed and I haven't found any links or stories that are officially confirmed from the Pats, but a few other new sources are also reporting this as well (including the Herald).

Good catch, I was just going to post this
Bad break for the Patriots. Why don’t we just blindfold them all too when they play on Thurs., just to see how good a coach Belichick really is. Is it him or is it really his players’ eyesight that makes him a good coach.
Keep the faith!
yeah, it's really getting frustrating
Year after year, the same old story. I know all teams get hit by the injury bug, but our boys’ ability to catch it every season is uncanny, especially on defense. I’m guessing part of it may be the system Bill likes to run, where he’s asking players to be versatile and do more in terms of coverage and hitting than they might do in another scheme.
I'm going to "standpat" on saying BB is a great coach

this is rough you guys
it’ll be impressive that you still make the playoffs though. It’s something to point at and then brag what you’ve done with so many injuries.
Let's go Colts!
Thanks AJ!
Yeah, it’s been an interesting season. Thomas has been huge at creating pressure and, as one of our OLBs, working to shut down the corners. This is a loss for us, but the season marches on, right?

I'm starting to go the other way--
Let’s see how many we can lose and still win. Who should be next? I nominate Tedy. No, wait, someone on offense. How about Gaffney?
As Mr. Sloan always says, there is no "I" in team, but there is an "I" in pie. And there's an "I" in meat pie. Anagram of meat is team... I don't know what he's talking about. --Shaun of the Dead

The D seems like it's has been getting better lately
Which is typical for a BB coached team as the season progresses. Adalius Thomas is a great LB is will be missed. I believe it will hurt us the worst Thursday night with very little time to adapt to the change. In the long run I think the Pats will be able will be able to compensate to some extent. They always do.
