2001 Super Bowl ring at auction

This is an authenic ring from Super Bowl XXXVI. There are several pictures of it and the box in which it was presented.
I wish that I had the funds to get in on the action, because this is probably a once in a lifetime chance to own an actual Patriots ring.

Impressive, but
I just checked the petty cash fund. Nope. Not quite enough to outdo the $14,641 bid. And then the name on it is all wrong too. Oh well.

The display box says
Bob Denham, so I believe he was a coach or a trainer, meaning he would have been a staff member. That is my guess.
