The Patriots will survive. They will continue to win games. The defense will step up big time just like they did when Bledsoe went down and the newbie QB Brady come in, because that’s the type of character we have on this team. Vrabel is going to have a monster year, as is everyone on that defense. The offensive line will hold. Cassel will be coddled ‘till he feels comfortable in his role and he’ll have the team behind him 100%.

He didn’t try to win the game with one play, he managed the offense, and he took what the defense gave him, which has been the heart and soul of Patriot football this decade. I am sick if Brady is gone for the year, but maybe things really won’t be that bad. No, we won’t challenge the scoring record of last year, but it’s really all about winning the games. And I believe that we will still contend by season’s end.
