The problem with Karen Guregian is she doesn’t know the Broncos coaching staff — why should she, unless she is going to speak about the Broncos Head Coaching search…
Unfortunately, it isn’t Rick Dennison that had his contract extended, it was Jeremy Bates, a young offensive mind himself.
Dennison had the title of OC but focused on the running game and offensive line.
Bates was the "Passing Game Coordinator" and called all the plays.
While Bowlen has said the new HC will have final say, he is “urging” the next HC to keep certain coaches, mainly Bates and Dennison.
