The Jets Will Have To Pressure Tom Brady To Come Close To Winning.
I think if the Jets want to have a good game this Sunday against us they will have to pressure Tom Brady and play double coverage on Randy Moss. If not we will have a repeat of 2007 against the Jets. Look for Brady to throw towards Baker a lot. When the Brady to Moss doesn'twork Wes will always be catching passes. The offensive line is also improving every week with Sebastian Vollmer. Thats what my predictions are.

Mayo and Welker were both out the first game
just having those two back alone makes the Pats exponentially better.

There's also less pressure through the middle with Jenkins gone
So the guards can worry more about pressing the outside rushers than about Jenkins ploughing through the middle. They could potentially slide out, and the tackles can worry about the OLBs. That may or may not free up the TEs from pass-blocking duty into pass-catching – Baker and Watson getting a half-dozen touches?

i'm also interested on how they could manipulate revis.
maybe if its man coverage on moss, they could have moss run a route where revis can be out of the way. sort of a “if he takes me out of the game, i’ll take him with me” sort of thing.
or how they manipulate him while he’s in zone coverage.

Just saying Jets don't have to double cover Moss.
Revis should win that matchup. I’m alot more worried about Welker. To be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if the Jets win, because hey they’ll beat the good teams then lose to the Bills.

The Pats have still won games
where teams have purposely taken Moss out of the game. It’s not like they have no other receiving options, and you can’t double team everyone.

The Jets D usually attacks on 3rd and long.
So I think the Pats O will go for efficiency and not the big plays, at least early on.
and the home of the... JETS!!!

How's the D-line been doing without the big man?
