Finding the winning factors - average starting position
Stampede Blue’s mgrex03 posted a terrific article on the importance of a team’s starting position. I found it very interesting especially in that it proved BB’s focus on special teams – every seemingly insignificant few yards consistently gained or lost on kickoff and punt returns can make all the difference in the outcome of the game.

Peter King has ranked the Pats as the #1 team in the NFL, noting that there is very little difference between our 2007 club and this one.
