It was hard to make out what either of them were saying at times considering all they do is yell over each other, but I agree with the guy on the right. Belichick created a dynasty in New England and none of the other coaches have done that yet, and there were plenty of holes in the other guy’s argument.
It was silly how he kept harping on the Super Bowl loss, like that somehow diminishes Belichick’s accomplishments to this point. Did the Red Sox not lose to the Tampa Bay Rays in 2008? As for the Romeo Crennel and Charlie Weiss argument, what have they done since leaving New England? Belichick may not have won a Super Bowl since they left, but he’s made it to the playoffs every year since they’ve been gone except for ’08 (where the team tied for first place in its division and lost due to tiebreakers), making it to an AFC Championship and a Super Bowl in the process.

I hear ya about all the shouting
That’s why I sort of buried it here. But the point made about the SB loss stood out to me too. One loss – even a big one – doesn’t affect the totality of the man’s career. I like Francona and appreciate him leading the Sox to two World Series wins, but don’t put him in the same category as Belichick at all. I listened to hear what the points were to be made in Francona’s favor that made him the BEST, and the argument was weak.
Keep the faith!
