The Patriots hosted free-agent linebacker Paris Lenon on a visit at Gillette Stadium last week, according to an NFL source.
Lenon (6-2, 235), an eight-year veteran who has played with the Packers (2002-2005) and Lions (2006-2008) would project to inside linebacker in the Patriots' 3-4 scheme.
The Patriots also hosted former Rams linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa today at Gillette Stadium, an NFL source confirmed.
Both Lenon and Tinoisamoa would address the Patriots' depth situation at inside linebacker after third-round Tyrone McKenzie tore his ACL in rookie minicamp.
