A sad way to end a heck of a decade. But the achievements of the 2000's are legendary!
I know the Patriots got beat down by Baltimore today, but look at these achievements during this decade:
3 Super Bowl titles
4 AFC championships
7 AFC East division titles
Tom Brady: 2005 Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year, 2004 and 2007 Sporting News Sportsman of the Year and record holder for most TD passes in a season (50 in 2007)
Highest winning percentage of any major league sports team (including playoffs, 126-52, 70.8% winning percentage)
3 seasons of 14 wins or more (2003, 2004 and 2007)
and...
the only team to win all 16 regular season games since the NFL expanded to 16 game schedule in 1978.
And I loved Tom Brady's print ads for smart water and The Gap!
Patriots fans, don't let this loss to Ray Lewis & Co. let you down. Because this decade was the greatest in Patriots history, and this is my tribute to the New England Patriots as this epic 50th anniversary season comes to an end.
And I hope the Sullivan family can thank Bob Kraft for making the team the founded back in 1959 become one of pro sports most popular teams.
I know I am a Pats fan from Steeler Country, but New England is the team of the 2000s in the NFL.
Good luck to Coach Belichick, Tom Brady, Randy Moss & Co. in 2010 and beyond!

Huzzah!
The achievements by this team this past decade can never be ignored. I’m really proud of this team.
I’m also proud of the fans who continue to live in enemy territory, such as myself, and having to deal with accusations of bandwagoning and the like. Keep yer heads up all of you. I know I will.
God speed to the Patriots as we enter the new decade. Hopefully, it will be as exciting and successful as the last one was.
GO PATRIOTS!
Beer is good! And stuff!
2 loses to start this decade..ughh

Does that mean Brady will be injured in Pre-Season...
…and Hoyer will step in from Week 1 and win the Super Bowl and start a new Patriots’ Dynasty?

So obvious that he took the Pats to a be divisional champ and into the playoffs
That’s clearly the actions of a man who has had enough football.
Yawn.
Token southern hemisphere guy - 14,688km from Foxboro. That's 9128 miles, for you heathens.
