ESPNBoston.com: "Brady always seems at ease"
Mike Reiss has posted a column on ESPNBoston.com (linked through ESPN.com) about a charity event at which Brady appeared. It's a positive story that briefly discusses Tom's demeanor and plans for the off-season:
"Watching Brady in this environment, even with the corporate twist, it's hard not to appreciate his polish and come to the conclusion that however long he continues in his role as franchise quarterback of the New England Patriots, the time should be appreciated because he's about as unique as they come."

It starts as a little bit of a fluff piece, but there is a bit of substantive discussion about his salary/contract situation later on. Interesting to get a couple of bits of perspective from Brady on how he views the team (a level below the teams in the Super Bowl) and his salary (overpaid at 3.5 million, but all players are overpaid).
The views expressed in these FanPosts are not necessarily those of the writers or SBNation.

I really liked his comments about his contract
because no fan even wants to think about any prolonged or difficult negotiations ahead with their QB. So far Brady has never been about being the highest paid at his position, when he has a good case for it (and certainly more deserving than Eli.)
Keep the faith!
Eli's contract really messes things up.
There are at least TEN QBs better than Eli, yet he is the highest paid. Are all 10 of these players going to get MORE money than Eli, now?
Brady, P. Manning, Brees, Rivers, Roethlisberger, Palmer, Schaub, Ryan, Warner, Favre (Honorable mention: Romo).
Thankfully, I don’t think Brady is going to care about his salary as much as he will care about solidifying his legacy. Besides, being married to Giselle, he’s not going to have to worry much about money.
