10 Observations from last night

1.       Tate is electrifying and adds a weapon on special teams like no other Patriot before.

2.       With an emerging and sometimes painful curve the defense is taking, the Pats offense can’t sputter in the first half of many games and think that they are going to win.  Also, can’t allow 10-15 on 3rd down to many more times and expect to win.

3.       Mike Nolan may have provided a game plan that teams may copy to help slow down the Patriots offense.  I know that Brady took what the defense gave him but can we see one shot to Moss to try and loosen things up.

4.       Great running by the Law Firm.

5.       Was it just me or was Cameron Wake transformed into Jason Taylor last night giving Brady fits?

6.       This kid Woody is definitely someone to Cheer for.  That pun was intended and so does the heartfelt story of a five foot seven division two player succeeding on the big stage.

7.       Can’t say enough about Chung, it was a special night for him and Ninkovich.  Chung will sustain at this level, will Ninkovich who has looked lost through three games prior to last night?

8.       Do you thing that Vollmer’s head is still spinning?  This was the first bad night of his career, and let’s hopes it was the last.

9.       Good start to the quarter pole of the season by going 3-1, the real test begins after the break.  I’d be happy with another 3-1 run before Indy comes to town.

10.   FINALLY A MEANINGFUL ROAD VICTORY.
