Poll: Victory of the Week

It's Tuesday, which means it's that time of the week: to vote for the Prilosec Victory of the Week!

Yes, I nominated the Patriots this week following their dominating win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.  And no, I wasn't the only one to nominate the Pats.  This is good news.  The bad news? The Patriots are getting killed in the poll right now.  So stop what you're doing.  Actually, never mind, you're already reading the blog. So continue reading this post, then vote for the Patriots, and lets finally get them the victory of the week!

Toss-up.

The Eagles, and Vick in particular, proved a heck of a lot with their win. The Pats proved a heck of lot about themselves, too. Based on quality of opponent, I’ve got to give the nod to the Pats, but who feels good about having to play the Eagles on Sunday?

The Cowboys win was feel-good, but in the end….who cares? The Jags win was just a nice highlight. I don’t really even know why the Phins win was nominated. The Falcons beat an overrated Ravens team.

I guess big eye-popping scores....

appeal to fans more than meaningful wins. Not to say that the Eagles/Skins game wasn’t meaningful, since it was a division game, but I mean jeez. I’m glad the Pats are back on the list, and of course, they got my vote.

I don't think so. Homey don't play dat.

Pats all the way baby

because I HAVE to show love to my favorite team no matter what. The Falcons-Ravens and Jags-Texans were the best other games of the week. Jets-Browns would normally be included if I cared about either of them, but I don’t so fugetabout ’em.

Keep the faith!
