What a game, eh? Who'd have thought us lowly Lions would be looming over the Pats at the end of the half? But you guys went on to finish in characterizing fashion, and deserve praise in doing so.

I want to thank you guys for welcoming myself and my fellow Lions fans into your place for prior to the game. You guys are some class acts, and I can honestly say Skins fans belittled us more than you guys did (and we all know how good the Skins are.) I want to congratulate you all for your victory, and let you know I appreciate having a fun place to talk about football prior to this match-up.

I want to thank you for not looking past us, not sleeping on us, and maybe even showing some tentative caution towards this match-up, in a time when most experts (and even some of our "fans") were predicting landslide blow-outs in your favor on every side of the ball. You do your team, and sports fans in general, a service.
