Pats working out players at University of Cincinnati
Courtesy of Yahoo! sports:
Four players worked out for the Patriots, including quarterback Tony Pike, wide receiver Mardy Gilyard, defensive lineman Ricardo Mathews and defensive end Alex Daniels.
There's a bit about the players involved, for those who are interested, but the main point is it confirms that the Pats are looking hard at WRs, DTs and DE/OLB conversions for the upcoming draft. Looking at their QB might suggest interest in a backup to Hoyer, or it might be part of scouting WR Mardy Gilyard - you need someone to throw it to him, after all.
