April 15th is the date, very likely in the evening when no one is doing anything.
And there will be no trades. I don’t like doing trades in mock drafts.

I need to do a bit of research, but the Tampa Bay Bucs is my home team (live in Flordia), so I might try to do it.

I was going to say Bears...
But then I saw it was a two rounder, and the Bears managed to avoid having any picks in those rounds. So maybe just take them off there haha.

I could if necessary, I only see two problems
I’ve been considering this draft from a Pats perspective so thoroughly and with my Hoodie thinking-cap on so tightly I’m not sure how useful I’d be at pretending to be some other team’s GM/Coach, and secondly, I’m not sure how well I’ll be able to participate with a draft given the time difference. Being on the clock at some awful hour of the morning might make my draft picks look, well, Al Davis-like. “Man, this might be the lack of sleep and it being 4am, but JaMarcus Russel’s looking like a fine QB this morning…”

Surely you can't be serious?
At least 25 GMs/Teams operate like they’ve are coming off 4-5 benders and are only functioning based on a chemical balance of Red Bull, Starbucks and their habit of choice.
Being up very early actually makes you a better candidate to think like the NFL!
Though – if you don’t want to be up early for a mock draft….because well..it’s a mock draft. I get that.
PS – where are you in NZ? My younger bro is doing a little internship @ Kim Crawford bottling facility. Somewhere on the North East end of the southern island.
That country looks ridiculous scenically.
I'm in Wellington, so only a hop across the strait from Marlborough
It is ridiculously scenic, although I’m desensitised to it by now. I have to hang out with tourists to figure out just why things are spectacular; it’s easy to take a lot of it for granted.
You’re probably right about the Front Offices of several franchises basing their draft picks off the backs of several nights of hookers-and-blow. Sadly? Amusingly? I’ll ask Al Davis, but he’d probably want to suck the life-force from my skin through a straw.

At least you'd have a bona-fide legitimate excuse
I’d be operating on full cylinders and then trying to explain my reason for picking JaMarcus Russell’s lazy cousin, who might miss a season (or three) depending on whether or not he’s convicted at his upcoming trial.
Keep the faith!
So you're taking the Colts?
I’d suggest imagining the player’s names on plaques in your house and then choosing the players based upon the principles of feng shui as they fit with your decor.
Of course your could go with the Matt Millen school and do eeny meeny miny mo. For the Colts, nothing but the best.

Hah, I have heard that, yes
I don’t think he’ll be a bad NFL QB, but I figure he has to be in a Tebow-friendly system. QBs like Brady, Warner and Manning would prosper in pretty much any system you threw them in; Tebow would prosper in a particular type that uses his skillset and covers over his deficiencies. He had one of those in college and he worked spectacularly; whether he can replicated either the system or the productivity in the NFL is debatable, and might be decided on where he ends up and who his O-Coordinator and HC is. He might actually benefit from dropping down the draft – there’d be nothing worse for the guy to end up at a horrible team with all the wrong type of receivers, no TE, a poor run game and a shoddy O-line. He’d get Ryan Leaf’d in no time.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is getting a lot of buzz. I think the Jiu-Jitsu vs TKD videos are funny.

Sniper rifle range – good luck.
Handgun range – keep moving.
Kicking range – TKD, Karate, Kung Fu
Hand weapon range – Multiples
Punching range – TKD, Karate, Kung Fu
Grappling range – Aikido, Hopkido, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo
That’s a huge over-simplification.
