Is this a list of prospects that have visited?
I’m gueesing know since there’s more than 30 names. Does anybody have a link or list to who’s visited?
Give me impact at center, copmetence at guard and an upgrade at linebacker - sprinkle in strides from having the same system for two years in a row - and I'll show you a contender!
No, this isn't the prospects who visited
Although I’m not sure there’s a comprehensive list of guys who did come in – the Pats are pretty secretive about who they bring into Foxboro, let alone what they have the players doing in them (unless it’s Tim Tebow).
The second thing to consider is that it’s not necessarily an indication of who they’re drafting or even who they’re interested in drafting per se – the Pats drafted Logan Mankins far higher than the mock draftniks had him, and the Pats did it without actually bringing him to Foxboro for a visit. Whether that was a masterstroke of strategy on their part (pretending to show no interest so they can snag him) or what, it’s anyone’s guess.
I wonder how much of it is strategy and smoke-and-mirrors. For instance, apparently the Pats question Odrick’s ability to switch into a 5-technique DE, but they also haven’t supposedly brought him into Foxboro to look at him closely. So either you could surmise that they don’t have a lot of interest in him, or (like Mankins) they like him a lot for the first-round pick, and are trying to disguise it. The latter (in some ways) actually makes more sense – the Jets are another team that surely has designs on Odrick, so at the very least you want to kick his tyres just to see what your rival may well purchase in order to figure out ways to beat him.
Token southern hemisphere guy - 14,688km from Foxboro. That's 9128 miles, for you heathens.

Our Lady of the Links comes through again!
Reminds me of Camelot somehow….

Haha.. have to admit
there was a bit of selfishness involved. I wanted to prep for the Pats Pulpit Mock Draft coming up, and putting all of Rich’s research into one post made it easier for me.
Keep the faith!
Sorry, these guys are reserved for the Pats
You’ll have to pick from the bottom half of the draft list:
Here’s the list for the Colts:
Sean Canfield Quarterback 6-4 214 Oregon State
Dan LeFevour Quarterback 6-3 229 Central Michigan
and if you need one more:
Chris Turner Quarterback 6-4 220 Maryland
That should take care of all their needs. ;-) (Just trying to be extra helpful – Bwahahahaha)

I...umm... was looking to see who to NOT pick for the Colts...

Keep the faith!

Maybe we could do a two for one special just for the Colts?

you can stick these guys in at any position really....
Like LeFevour could be Saturday’s replacement…. (thinking Saturday night LeFevour)
Freeney could use some rest, so Canfield (makes me think of backfield) could be his replacement.
Chris Turner could be a fullback, where he wouldn’t Turn(er) the ball over.
Really, we’ll accept any excuse you want to give….any at all.
