Bill Belichick and Dan Koppen visit Lebanon Middle School. The kids at the school mistakingly thought the "celebrity coach" they would get would be a player or head coach. Neither of which were requested from the Patriots. When an intern showed up instead, it generated some bad publicity for the Pats even though they weren't informed of the expectations. The kids didn't even seem too terribly put out by the whole ordeal. Bob Kraft heard about it and set about to make it right by not only sending their celebrity head coach, but All-Pro Super-Bowl star Dan Koppen, mascot Pat the Patriot, and a cheerleader to boot. If that wasn't enough, each student was given a Patriots hat, and Koppen signed them for the students. Lemons to lemonade story here.
