Why a TE? They let two go. They have three.

I prefer to see lineman [OL and DL] being added to the PS. You can never have too many lineman for 16 games, plus playoffs, if things go well.

We should learn a LOT on Sunday when a real game is played. Cincinnati is a solid NFL team that will definitely test the defense. O’Brien will dictate the offense success or failure based on his play calling. If he panics and abandons the run after five attempts with little gain, Brady will face endless pressure with no bite on play action.

Will O’Brien use the TE’s consistently?
Will he [or Brady] call some quick screens to the slot?

The PATS, in my opinion, must buy into the nickel and dime approach, and move the chains, while mixing in some 20+ yard throws to Moss, Tate, Price, and a TE. I want to see a lot of three step drops and two second releases by Brady [for his safe keeping and to keep the Bengals defense on the field for long, methodical, drives].

>If he panics and abandons the run
they will know that immediately if malroney’s not starting

I guess this means..

…they really don’t want Mckenzie. I don’t think anyone has picked him up.

Watch out for the zero WR goal line sets...

5 down linemen, 4 TEs Brady and RB, what do you do if 3 of the TEs are 260 lbs + put in LBs or DBs…could be irresistable….

Still would rather have McKenzie…

Especially when Gronk, Crumpler and especially Hernandez have shown they can motion out wide into WR

If you don’t like the matchup, you can motion one of them out into a 1-WR look.

jealousy breeds love

"The Patriots are a team that’s kind of like the Yankees," Page told reporters following practice Monday. "You never like ‘em, but when you get a chance to play for them, you’re excited, you really happy that you get a chance to go to a team that is a perennial winner."

Reiss just reported...

….Mckenzie cleared waivers and will join the practice squad! He believes that the delay in releasing him created more of an opportunity for hm to come back. I still don’t get that, as very few teams as of today had their full Practice Squad set, but I’m happy he’s back, and we could see him on the filed at some point, or at the very least he will mostlikely be back in camp next year.

A few other teams had already filled their practice squads before McKenzie was released

i rooted for boise state from 06…but i’m now tired of hearing about boise state….dude…join a bcs conference if you want to get into bcs title game.
lets see the big boys who they have beaten.
they beat Oklahoma in 2006…a team who still has yet to win a bcs game…i believe they are 0-4 or 0-5 in bcs games.
they beat Virgina Tech a team who are 1-20 against top 25 teams in the last 10 years.
they could have joined the pac 10 but decided to join another non bcs conference.
plus their avg strength of schedule is 96…thats a joke
