So I'm as excited as anyone about the upcoming game vs the Jets, but I can't help but think about next year. Apparently Nnamdi Asomugha's contract has been voided and he will be a free agent this summer. I realize that it's wishful thinking and wildly premature, but wouldn't a pair of McCourty and Asomugha be pretty great?

That having been said, he had no interceptions this year and since I watched a total of 0 Raiders games this year, that's really the only way for me to evaluate his talents. Has he lost some skill so soon or did QBs just avoid him like the plague? I'm sure that he'll sign a ridiculously huge contract and that pretty much every team in the league will be after him, but a boy can dream...
