Some Downs and Some Ups of Today's Lost
I blame Teddy Bruschi who predicted this outcome.
I also blame 'Bama/LSU. Anyways...
Bad bad bad things;
Julian Edelman. That fumble was huge and he made some poor decisions on returns to go along with off-the-field mistakes. Speaking of the return game, why was McCourty fielding a punt?
Tracy White. Came in for Gary Guyton who was injured, having had come in himself for Brandon Spikes. Gave up a costly throw which contributed to the upset. Welcome to the NFL..
Sergio Brown. Why are you still on this team?
Deion Branch. He had another one of his games where he all but disappears behind coverage. Ochocinco and Brady aren't on the same page, much like Taylor Price's drive to play and his hamstring.
Tom Brady. You yourself sir, not the Ryans or the Mannings, are your own worst enemy.
Albert's snap counts. I don't have the exact number but I do know he created awesome pressure when he was in there.
Brandon Spikes and Patrick Chung are on the injury watch. So is safety Josh Barrett(1st game back from injury) and Gary Guyton. Depth concerns are key.
Good things about the game;
Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski, and Aaron Hernandez are looking good.
Brandon Deaderick is an upgrade over Shaun Ellis at LDE.
Ninkovich improved over last game's terrifying performance.
There was some awesome coverage today for much of the game. Much improvement on third downs defensively. That of course was before injuries began to mount at linebacker and safety.

Good points
I happened to really appreciate the effort and effectiveness of the defense Sunday. After thinking about it overnight, and the next day, I have to concede that the last drive would have taken a miracle to stop because of the injuries that took out the key players. Sergio Brown’s PI call was the gust of wind that knocked down the house of cards that possibly might have stood just long enough without it.
I have to argue that it was the job of Brady and the offense to find a way to score – even field goals – when they had the ball.
Keep the faith!
I loved the defense until the 14 points scored in the 4th qtr.
And hated the fact that our supposed upper echelon offense couldn’t capitalizeon keeping a red hot Giants team, to 0 1st half points.
In GOD I TRUST>In BB i trust......faith where it belongs!!
Life is about who makes it, not who makes it the fastest! Drive slow homie.
Possibly one of the most frustrating things ever
I had to keep refreshing my NFL.com page to check the score because I just couldn’t believe it was really 0-0 since I couldn’t watch the game itself.

Thw 4th quarter showed we lack depth at LB and safety.
It is what it is
Brown had no business being on the field.
He doesn’t even look like he knows what he’s suppose to do out there.
It is what it is
