New England Patriots (#1) vs. Denver Broncos (#4)
Saturday, January 14th, 2012 | 8:00 PM ET | TV: CBS
Broncos Coverage: Mile High Report
Patriots have gotten off to a tremendous start, using the no-huddle to march down the field on their first two drives. Certainly a better start than the team's prior two playoff games. Only hitch was a Tom Brady interception at the end of the first quarter that has the Broncos deep in Patriots territory to begin the second quarter.
Lets go Pats!

Same here. Shades of last season playoffs with that TD.
Depth is great. Right up until you need it!!
This was unnecessary
but I still like the looks of this game – hopefully Tom Brady uses this as further motivation to be awesome
Broncos scored as quickly in the 2nd quarter...
…as the Pats did in the 1st. Need to shift momentum back to the Patriots offense.
Pats should return to the no huddle

I hope that horrible throw/INT didn't get to Brady's head
I know he’s super psyched about this game and is must-win mode I hope he doesn’t get TOO psyched.

Revisiting a post I made regarding the defense and its future
I think we are starting to see the defense come together now, although it is against the Broncos offense, you can see the speed, intensity, and discipline this defense has looked today.
I’ll take 11 players with heart on the field over 11 guys with just talent. Talent is fleeting, it goes away over time. Heart is what drives you to be better. To push yourself beyond what you think your capabilities are. To show us that when you strive, all things are possible.- SMP
I'm loving it, too.
But it’s really hard to make generalized judgments against such a singular offense. No one else runs anything like it.
