Now that we have addressed area of concern with FA...

We can do what we always do and draft for the future. We always draft for 2-4 years out and any production year 1 is bonus. This has been the MO since BB got here. Once again we sure up our areas of concern via FA and are free to go best available in the draft. This being said i still see value in trading up with one of the pics and then trading back with the other. We should get the player we want and trade to where ever that is. If its 27 perfect, if not trade up. then trade down the 31st for a mid 2nd and next years first and we will be in the same boat next year hopefully with the 32nd not 31st pic this time next year. More on trading up after the break...

I don't have time right now but with the signings i have seen I don't think we need to draft 7-9 bodies, we need 3-5 good players that fit roles or have enough upside to be game changers. Again not this year but in the next 2-4. We don't need camp bodies and only have so many roster spots as always. What i don't have time to do is do a roster analysis, we know there are tons of WRs. If anyone has the time can we get a position by position analysis of about how many at each position. We annually see comedic sans do this after the draft but if someone has the time now ill certainly comment, just dont have time to do the inital analysis. thanks in advance to whomever takes the task.
