The most wonderful time of the year: NFL Mock Draft Season!

Well, it's that most wonderful time of the year again. The time of year when all us happless draftnicks set out to do the impossible...attempt to take a stab at what one William Belichick will do on draft weekend. Sure we know that this is a futile goal, but does that stop us? Heck no! We simply put on our hair helmets, scower the interweb to see what so called draft experts like "joe_living_in_my_moms_basement" think about a certain prospect out of Eastwest Valley Community College and then we put out our own well informed mock drafts. It sounds kind of ridiculous, but you know what...I can't get enough of it.

The NFL draft is like Christmas morning. You know what you'd like, but you're not sure what Santa (or Belichick) will bring you. Sure you may have really wanted that Huffy bike (Ryan Kerrigan), but that sweater (Nate Solder) that you got actually helped out on those cold winter days. Sometimes Santa knows best...even if you don't initially agree. The point is that even if your wish list (mock draft) doesn't always (or ever) turn out like you had hoped, each Christmas (Draft weekend) brings hope for a better tomorrow.

Now with all that being said: Dear Saint Belichick, this is what I'd like to get this Christmas.
