Which names would potentially provide us with a roster upgrade or be interesting?

All in all there's not awhole lot of marquee names on the list, I'll start off with a pretty short list:

Tim Hightower, RB, cut by the Redskins? (BJGE part-two? But with Ridley and Vereen I don't see it happening)

Anthony Davis, OT, cut by the Chargers? (The former first-round pick was somewhat of a bust in San Fran but still is intriguing and possibly a better option at RT than Cannon at this point if Vollmer, god forbid, still suffers from back issues) EDIT: turned out it was the wrong Davis.

Anthony Armstrong, WR, cut by the Redskins? (Armstrong has showed he can play but I suppose there wasn't room for him with Garcon, Morgan and Moss around)

Jordan Shipley, WR, cut by the Buccaneers? (Is Shipley damaged goods? If not he's very good, but can we carry three slot guys?

O.J. Atogwe, S, cut by the Eagles (Would give us great depth)

Marvin McNutt, WR, cut by the Eagles (I really liked this guy coming out of college and would like to see what he could do, but when you cut guys like Branch, Gaffney and Stallworth I'm not sure McNutt was what you had in mind. Probably there's more chance one of the released vets come back.
