Less than 24 hours separates we fans and the start of the New England Patriots' season opener. Let's run wild with some crazy predictions!

Score: The Patriots double the score that the Titans manage to put up. Patriots 35, Titans 17.

Why?'

Stevan Ridley has a better game than CJ2K. This is partly the result of the difference in competition the RBs are facing to reach the daylight. Also, Ridley is running behind Gronk.

Chandler Jones and Kamerion Wimbley both get at least one sack. Jones has the better overall game as he is finally unleashed for an extended period of game-time. The Titans have a good LT, but he gets treated much like Jermon Bushrod and Donald Penn were.

Gronk ties or leads the Pats in TDs.

Hernandez leads the Pats in receiving-yards.

Lloyd makes some nice plays on the outside in addition to making life easier for the Big-3(Gronk, Hernandez, Welker) between the numbers.

The Patriots LBers have a field day with the Titans Offense.

The Patriots secondary plays a lot better than last year's season opener. Since Belichick will probably force Jake Locker to try beating the New England Defense with his arm the secondary will get tested a lot, and someone will come down with an interception that is partly the fault of Locker's accuracy.

Kendall Wright out-performs Nate Washington.
