I can honestly say I have never seen officials make such bad calls in such critical situations.
Yes, I qualify as a "homer," but seriously: Two defenders tackle Gronkowski before the ball arrives, impede his progress back to the ball, the flag is thrown and the refs pick it up... un-f*&^king-believable.
Couple that with the incredible number of really terrible calls I have seen this weekend, and I honestly am not particularly interested in wasting another minute, much less 4 to 6 hours of commercial-poisoned, talking-head-idiot polluted, slow, boring, nonsense any more.
If I want to watch manufactured drama, I'll stick to WWE. If I want to watch refs decide games based on (basically) coin flips, home court/home field, and "star power" I think NBA is a better option.
Either let the players play, or call all the fouls, but that was absolute garbage.
