Greg Knopping of Pats Pulpit makes his Sunday NFL game picks for week 13 of the 2013 NFL season:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers: Much like the Patriots' game against the Texans, this game does have the makings of a trap for the Panthers, as the Buccaneers have nothing to lose and are playing excellent football.  I still think the Panthers win though. The Pick: Panthers 27 Buccaneers 20

Jacksonville Jaguars at Cleveland Browns: The Jaguars are starting to take themselves out of the race for the #1 overall pick.  They need to do something to correct that, fast. The Pick: Browns 20 Jaguars 13

New England Patriots at Houston Texans: I think this game will ultimately be closer than most think, and while it does have the aforementioned "trap" characteristics, the Patriots are simply too focused to let one like this slip away. The Pick: Patriots 34 Texans 23

Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts: The Colts haven't been playing good football lately, but with a chance to essentially clinch the division at home, I think they will take advantage against a very inconsistent Titans squad. The Pick: Colts 27 Titans 17

Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings: This is a Bears team that I am still really unsure about.  Josh McCown has kept them competitive on offense, but is their defense good enough to make this team a playoff worthy squad? The Pick: Bears 31 Vikings 24

Miami Dolphins at New York Jets: This one can essentially be chalked up as an elimination game between two AFC rivals.  I like the Dolphins in this one, so don't ask me why I'm picking the Jets. The Pick: Jets 19 Dolphins 17

Arizona Cardinals at Philadelphia Eagles: Much like the Panthers a week earlier, the Cardinals shut up a lot of doubters with a big win over the Colts in week 12.  This is the best game of the early afternoon, and I'm giving the Eagles the slight edge because of their home field advantage. The Pick: Eagles 24 Cardinals 21

Atlanta Falcons at Buffalo Bills: The Bills have a really easy schedule to finish the season, so if they can beat the Falcons today, they could be a dark horse wild card candidate. The Pick: Bills 17 Falcons 16

St. Louis Rams at San Francisco 49ers: The Rams are finally starting to look like the team many thought they would be heading into the year.  But it may be a little too late, and the 49ers need a win to keep pace in the NFC wildcard race. The Pick: 49ers 28 Rams 27

Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs: Round Two. The Broncos have endured a lot of criticism since the loss to New England, and they will be angry in this one.  Arrowhead is one of the two toughest places in the NFL to play at, but I think Denver is just good enough to pull it off. The Pick: Broncos 27 Chiefs 24

Cincinnati Bengals at San Diego Chargers: Coming off a big win over the Chiefs, the Chargers have a lot of momentum.  This will be the make or break game for their season.  Either they become a serious AFC playoff contender, or their season goes down the drain.  There's little middle ground here. The Pick: Chargers 31 Bengals 28

New York Giants at Washington Redskins: Why wasn't this game flexed out? The Pick: Redskins 23 Giants 20
