This does not definitively settle the Manning vs Brady who is best argument at all, but this is an indication that some commonly held myths are just that. One is that Manning is somehow more gifted in football IQ then Brady, whereas Brady's passion and better arm outweigh or even it out. While the Wonderlic is not the only measure or the end all to football IQ its certainly one key test.
Peyton may enjoy having more input into the system he runs, etc or that is the belief, but that does not mean Brady can't or doesn't do it quite often as seen last year with our no huddling Peyton in Denver(last season I should say).
Anyway Brady scored around a 33, vs Manning a 28. Ryan Clark who made the ghost comment about Brady also said Manning flinches when he sees the rush closing in. Wow, imagine that, a QB not wanting 350 lb lineman on them. Yet, Clark also went on to say they are two of the best, and he after a little controversy he created last year before the game they played was asked who the best QB he played against was and he said Tom Brady, the greatest living American, probably sincere on talent view, but a little smartie pants but thats ok.
