Here we go. Today, the New England Patriots will face off against the Denver Broncos for the right to play in Super Bowl XLVIII.
It's a game that's been written in the stars since Wes Welker first signed with the Broncos back in March. It's a game that we've been anticipating since Peyton Manning knocked the Patriots out of the playoffs in 2006 and more recently when Tom Brady led a furious comeback against Manning in week 12 of this season. We've broken down all the match-ups. We've exhausted the Brady-Manning storyline. Now, in just a few short hours, the Patriots will face off against the Broncos for perhaps the most anticipated 60 minutes of Conference Championship football in NFL history.
