Around SBN: Josh Wilson's Annotated Hit Parade Bar-right-arrows

Patriots Links for Sunday, 1/6

The big news is that Tom Brady has won the NFL MVP Award nearly unanimously.  There is one very telling quote in this story from Bill Belichick:

I have thought for a long time that there is no past or present quarterback I'd rather coach than Tom Brady, and I am more certain of that every year he plays.

This is very high praise from Belichick, who almost never uses superlatives to describe anyone, especially a current player on his own team.

The Globe's Mike Reiss has some updates to his blog, including more reactions from Patriots personnel to Brady's achievement.

With the Herald, Jeff Horrigan has a similar article with more player reactions to Brady's award.

Finally, in the wake of Brady's award, John Tomase writes that Brady has established himself as the best QB of his generation.
