Don't Worry

As a Patriots fan I could not believe that one of the greatest teams on earth, with the greatest quarterback on earth, lost the Superbowl. I didn't take the loss that hard though. Why? Because the Patriots have a desire no other team can begin to match. Every day their main focus is on winning the Lombardi trophy. They don't worry about doing commercials or what their stats are. They are the greatest team ever and will show that with a Superbowl win next year. The Patriots also play as a team. Tom Brady would ever throw his offensive line under the bus even though they let up way too many sacks.Peyton Manning did this is 2003 when he said "My line didn't get the job done today". The Patriots never assign blame even though at times it should be. Like Tom playing horrendously or Jarvis Green giving up the Eli sack. No I'm not worried about anything. I know that the Patriots will be back in the Superbowl and they will win it. So no matter what Colts fans say about Rodney Harrison getting caught using steroids or Bill Belicheck using a camera to film plays let them know punishment was meted out. Their team however classy they think they are ,are far from it. Bill Polian has repeatedly called for his players to intentionally hurt opponents has turned on illegal speakers and been caught. Remember the Patriots are the greatest and always will be. The Colts are number 2 and will never win another Superbowl.

There is a lot of good...
that we do, but a few things need to happen.  We need to get tough again.  We have become a team that you can punch in the mouth.  We need to get younger and faster and we need to regain our intensity.  The Giants played with intensity in the Super Bowl and we looked like deer caught in headlights.  Except Rodney.  He was crazy as usual.  That's why he's my favorite player.

I hope he's still playing next year.

Gotta love Rodney!
He was a beast out there and played a heck of a game.  I'm really hoping he's back again too.
Keep the faith!

Right up
until he let Tyree catch a pass with his helmet.  Seriously, man.  He caught that pass with his helmet.

I wouldn't exactly say he 'let' him
Harrison made a pretty good effort. Tyree made an incredible catch, even if he couldn't do it again if he tried 1,000 times.

This is such a sad subject???????????????
I too had no desire to resume my usual emersion in all things sports. I have been a loyal sportscenter viewer, sports radio listener I'm talking all things sports. I would have to recomend books on CD. We oddly seem like people cut from the same cloth. Try some  Sandford. His Prey novels are really great. I think all you cats can relate. This was such a huge kick to the dink!!!! I had the unfortunate displeasure to watch the Sb with a good friend who is all things NY. Yankees,Giants,Knicks, etc.... Mind you this cat is from Dexter, ME and till this day I maintain he had adopted a winner when NE teams were not winning. This is so tough for me and as far as a pit in my stomach, sheer disapointment you name I have been there. I would hate to be any team the Trots face next year............F all the NYers, F all the haters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wha t this team did this year will only be duplicated by another Trots team...2008-2009 19-0 nuff said!!!!!!!!!
