Vrabel would "Go back to New England in a heartbeat"

14

Mike Vrabel says he'd come back to New England in a heart beat, but doesn't feel like they would want him. I'd sure love to bring him in for another year. He could contribute and help bring along any LB we (hopefully) draft this year. Would be great to see him retire as a Patriot too.

Patrick’s worked hard. He’s a very diligent kid. He’s smart. He takes a lot of notes. He pays a lot of attention to details, little things. He asks good questions. I think football’s important to him, he takes it very seriously. As I said, he asks a lot of questions and pays attention to a lot of details and he’s always trying to get better and improve. He’s certainly made a lot of progress in this camp. I think he’s got a good future ahead of him. There’s a lot to that safety position. There are a lot of different things that can happen in the running game, passing game, kicking game. He’s wearing a lot of hats and he’s involved in a lot of different areas, but he’s made a lot of progress. He’s working hard and I’m sure in time if he continues to do that that he’s got a good future.
