The Patriots are winning, but the key injuries are mounting.
Last week, New England lost linebacker Junior Seau for the season in a win over Chicago. This week, against another NFC North team, at the end of the game, Seau's replacement, Mike Vrabel, who moved inside from the outside, may have twisted his knee or ankle.
If Vrabel is lost for any length of time, that's going to severely impact the Patriots already thinning defense. With all the injuries in the defensive secondary, New England can hardly withstand an injury in the linebacking corps.
We'll have to just wait and see.
