Champ Bailey talks about Randy Moss.
Yeah, I mean, I've always said since I played him for the first time, he's one of the best I've ever seen, even to this day. He's in his twelfth season, but that guy, he plays like he's 25 years old again and he's so dangerous. He has that deceptive speed. You know he's fast, but then he doesn't run fast, and then all of a sudden he's top speed. He's just a dangerous guy. I look forward to that match-up because if you can come out playing well against him, you know you're doing good things.
He never lolly gags. See, that's the thing, people don't really understand the game. I mean he blocks, he does all those little things. I wouldn't say he's the greatest blocker, but he does it effectively. When he's jogging, he's just really setting you up for the next time he jogs and then he takes off running past you. He's one of those guys; he loves to find ways to set you up.
Josh McDaniels talks about how to combat all the inside knowledge and familiarity with each other's systems.
I think we both change up what we do on a weekly basis. We don't stay the same. They're watching film of us and they know what we're running and we're watching film of them and we know a lot of things they're running. And yet, we're going to see some things on Sunday that may be a little different and we've never seen before. But I think, ultimately, it's going to come down to playing and whose players play better. We're going to try to prepare as hard as we can for what we know they are capable of doing and how they try to win. And, I think they're going to do the same thing and we'll see whose team can play that much better on Sunday.
Tom Brady discusses going into a game when somebody on the other sideline knows a lot about you.
I think there are definitely changes you have to make. We made a bunch with Eric. We made a bunch, even going into the Jets game this year with Kevin [O'Connell] being over there. Obviously, with Josh, he knows it better than anybody. And we know them. I think in the end it comes down to how you execute, it really does. They may have information, we have information. When you're out there, what you see is what you see, and that's what you've got to react to no matter what they say in the meeting before the game.
You take the information; you gather it from a lot of different sources. Then, you've got to go out and you've got to make the plays.
