Week 14 Game Thread #3: Patriots at Bears

For the second straight week, the Patriots have blown the gates wide open on a top NFL team.  Last week, the Patriots jumped to a 24-3 halftime lead over the New York Jets.  This week, in blizzard like conditions, the team has jumped to a 33-0 halftime lead.  The defense has been phenomenal, gotten pressure, forced turnovers, and shut down the run.  On offense, Tom Brady has nearly thrown a couple of interceptions on tipped passes, but has remained mistake free and in general, extremely sharp, having already thrown for 195 yards and two touchdowns.  The Patriots have also found success on the ground, with BenJarvus Green-Ellis running for 61 yards on 11 carries.
