Steelers' Coverage: Behind The Steel Curtain
The Patriots have had chances to get back into this game, but they just keep falling short on both sides of the ball. Defensively, the Patriots keep bringing pressure, having their defenders play off the line, and keep letting up medium sized chunks of yardage and back-breaking third down throws.
Offensively, the Patriots still haven't had many opportunities in the second half. They got started quickly on a late 3rd quarter drive, by bogged down in Pittsburgh territory and left three points on the board when Stephen Gostkowski missed a 42 yard field goal on a kick that bounced off an upright.
As the fourth quarter began, the Steelers drove straight down the field, but the Patriots were able to limit them to a field goal. The Patriots are down 23-10 with just over 11 minutes to play. They're still in this game - hanging on by a thread despite their terrible overall performance.
