Week 5: New England Patriots (3-1) vs. New York Jets (2-2)

TV: CBS | Radio: 98.5 The Sports Hub

Jets Coverage: Gang Green Nation

In the Patriots' most heavily hyped match-up thus far in the 2011 season, the Patriots will host the New York Jets at 4:15 PM at Gillette Stadium in what is a key early season divisional match-up for both teams.

Overall, I think today's game will be a very close one. Although the Vegas odds are favoring the Patriots, I think that these are two teams that are very evenly matched (although in completely different ways). Offensively, I expect the Patriots to come out and run the ball. In the divisional playoff match-up in January, the Patriots never established themselves on the ground and it really hurt them in the long run.

Similarly, I expect the Jets to attempt to come out and run it down the Patriots throats as well. Today's match-up should be physical, exciting, and a joy to watch.

Greg's Prediction: Patriots 24 Jets 20
