New England Patriots (2-0) at Buffalo Bills (2-0)

Bills Coverage: Buffalo Rumblings

Today, the New England Patriots will take on the Buffalo Bills in a battle of unbeatens in the AFC East. While, on paper, the Bills look like the more unlikely 2-0, they are a team with a lot of confidence and are playing on their home turf.

Meanwhile, the Patriots are really banged up. Aaron Hernandez, Patrick Chung, Sebastian Vollmer, Albert Haynesworth, and Ras-I Dowling are among those who won't be playing today. Defensively, due to a banged up secondary and a suspect pass rush, Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick will get his chances.

On offense, the Patriots will also be limited due to having only one active tight end on the roster (Rob Gronkowski). What does this mean? The Patriots will be relying on a lot more three and four wide receiver sets. I expect Chad Ochocinco to have a lot more touches, and I think we could also see Julian Edelman get involved too.

Overall, this should be a close match-up. I don't think the Patriots are going to run away with this one. And while the Bills could certainly represent a "trap" game, I think the team should be able to rally enough to hold them off.

Greg's Prediction: Patriots 34 Bills 24
