Is it me, or does July fly by faster than every other month of the year? I don't know what it is, but every year July seems to come and go faster than women do after one look at me during a speed dating event. And while it's always a little depressing when late July comes around, as it signals that the end of summer isn't too far away, it also means that it's almost football season - and I'll take that trade-off every single time.
We are now just days away from the start of training camp. Once again, we have all survived the dreaded dead time in the NFL and will soon be reading legitimate, relevant football news that directly affects the coming season. I haven't been this excited for preseason to start for a long, long time. And since today marks the last Tuesday before training camp starts, this will be the last Trivia Tuesday of the offseason. Hopefully you've learned some things, shared some memories, laughed, cried, and everything in between.
I figured a good way to end things would be to take a look at some of the players over the years who have set records, both for the Patriots and for the NFL in general. Many of these names are the same ones you'll find on the All-Time Great Trivia quiz from a few weeks ago, which makes a lot of sense; you can't be a great player if you don't accomplish some great things along the way.
