The Houston Texans are set to travel up to Foxborough to take on the New England Patriots in the final game of the NFL's Divisional round. Both the Patriots and the Texans are hoping to advance to the AFC Championship Game, where they will either face the Denver Broncos or the Baltimore Ravens for a right to play in Super Bowl XLVII. Heading into their game on Sunday, both the Texans and Patriots are relatively healthy.
For the Texans, the only player that sat out of practice on Wednesday, defensive back Alan Ball, returned to practice on Thursday, although, he was limited with a foot injury. Most players practiced fully, with an exception of a few, including tight end Owen Daniels and guard Antoine Caldwell.
For the Patriots, it seems that half the team is listed on the injury report. Everyone on the injury report practiced Thursday, but they were all limited. Those players include tight ends Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski, wide receiver Wes Welker, and linebackers Jerod Mayo and Brandon Spikes. None of these players have been ruled out, though.
