Help Wanted: Want to Write for Pats Pulpit?

Do you think you have what it takes to be a staff writer for Pats Pulpit?

This offseason, the New England Patriots are looking to add more talent to an already talented team. Here at Pats Pulpit, we're looking to do the same thing.

We're currently looking for front page writers for Pats Pulpit to help us with the daily grind during the offseason and eventually the regular season. Preferably, candidates will have some sports writing experience, and any experience writing about the New England Patriots is a plus. We'll consider everybody, but links to writing samples and/or a resume will also help.

We're willing to consider writers in a variety of roles, such as helping out with news related items throughout the week, film/in-depth analysis articles and more. The role is meant to be what you make of it. If you only have time to commit to a post per week, that's fine. If you want to do more, it's an opportunity that can certainly grow.

We had a lot of people apply to write here last time around, so don't feel discouraged if we don't pick you initially. After all, when I first entered the blogging scene nearly seven years ago, I was just entering my senior year in high school. There's plenty of time to develop your writing skills, and the FanPosts section of this site is a great place to start. So if you don't have a lot of writing experience, or you want to hone your craft, that's a great place to start.

That being said, if you think you have what it takes to be a front page writer here at Pats Pulpit, send an email to me at patspulpit@gmail.com. Be sure to include a little bit about yourself, your writing experience, links to your work, and a resume if applicable.

As always, we're always looking for help moderating the comments section of the site. If you think that's an area you could help, also feel free to shoot me an email. Thanks!
