Although the New England Patriots have trimmed their roster to 53 players for the time being, the situation is fluid, and things might not be looking too good for one veteran. Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald reports that veteran safety Adrian Wilson could still be on the roster bubble due to a hamstring injury:
Adrian Wilson isn't completely safe just yet. The Pats are evaluating an injury that could determine his fate on the roster, per source.

It's a hamstring injury for Adrian Wilson, by the way.

As it stands, the Patriots have a lot of bodies at the safety position in addition to Wilson -- Devin McCourty, Steve Gregory, Tavon Wilson, Duron Harmon, and Nate Ebner all remain on the roster.
The Patriots will likely look to add depth in the trenches before next Sunday, and the safety position looks to be a spot where the Patriots could still trim down.
