Patriots vs. Broncos: AFC Championship Schedule Set

It's Peyton Manning vs. Tom Brady in the playoffs one more time. Next Sunday, the Patriots will travel to Denver to take on the Broncos in the AFC Championship.

Here we go. With the Denver Broncos' 24-17 victory over the San Diego Chargers, the Patriots will officially be on the road for the AFC Championship when they face off against the Denver Broncos next Sunday.

While it would have been nice for the Patriots to have homefield advantage in this one, could you possibly ask for a better storyline?  It's Tom Brady vs. Peyton Manning going head-to-head once more for the right to play in the Super Bowl.

The last time these two teams met was in week twelve with the Patriots pulling off an improbable comeback after trailing the Broncos 24-0 at halftime.

And while these two quarterbacks may be elite, these teams couldn't be more different.  While the Broncos did run the ball well against the Chargers, they remain a shotgun-heavy offense that lives and dies by the arm of Peyton Manning.  The Patriots meanwhile, even since the last two times these team met, have transformed into a power running team that is less reliant on the arm of Tom Brady.

There will be plenty of storylines to dissect in the coming days.  That being said, what are your early thoughts on the match-up?
