Patriots Linemen Bryan Stork, Dan Connolly Return to Practice

The Patriot see a boost in strength on their offensive line with the retun of two starters.

The Patriots have some reinforcements! After surviving a two game stretch against division rivals with two of the best defensive lines in the league, the Patriots are returning their starting center and left guard. Center Bryan Stork and left guard Dan Connolly were spotted at practice, as were tackle Cameron Fleming and special teamer Nate Ebner. Defensive end Chandler Jones and cornerback Darrelle Revis were not spotted, although it's speculated they were given a day of extra rest due to the extended week of practice.

The Patriots had been making due with an interior line of Jordan Devey, Ryan Wendell, and Josh Kline against players like Marcel Dareus, Kyle Williams, Sheldon Richardson, and Muhammad Wilkerson. The fact that Tom Brady's only sack against the Jets was when he slid to the ground before the line of scrimmage is a testament to how well the back-ups played- and to how potent the offense can be at full strength.

Wendell will likely slide back to right guard to provide the Patriots with their best interior line combination. Stork and Connolly are both returning from concussion injuries.
