Pats Pulpit Thursday Night Football Open Thread

Come talk about Thursday Night Football with the Pulpiteers!

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The AFC West is up for grabs tonight as the San Diego Chargers head to Denver to take on the Broncos. At 5-2, the Chargers are coming off a disheartening loss to the divisional rival Chiefs, while the 5-1 Broncos are scorching hot.

The game will be on the NFL Network and CBS at 8:25PM.

The Chargers will likely be without their top two cornerbacks, which makes them extremely vulnerable to the Broncos passing attack. On the other side of the ball, Philip Rivers is in clear MVP contention and should give the stout Broncos defense a run for their money.

A division is on the line and the Patriots have both on the schedule in the upcoming weeks- Denver in two weeks (first week of November), and San Diego in six weeks (first week of December). Watch the game, root for the Chargers offense, and hope for a good game by the Chargers defense.
