The New England Patriots have announced their inactives for their week 16 match-up against the New York Jets:
Dan Connolly, OL; James White, RB; Julian Edelman, WR; LeGarrette Blount, RB; Kyle Arrington, CB; Jordan Devey, OL, Alfonzo Dennard, CB
As was previously announced, the Patriots will be without a trio of key players in Arrington, Edelman, and Blount.
With Arrington out, the Patriots still have Alfonzo Dennard inactive. Both him and Malcolm Butler have been rotating between the active roster and inactive list based on the match-up in recent weeks. With the Jets not spreading it out all too often, the Patriots can spare the roster spot.
Dan Connolly is also out of action, as he was listed as questionable and has been suffering from multiple ailments. The Patriots will likely start Josh Kline in his place. Fortunately, the Patriots do get Cameron Fleming back today, meaning Jordan Devey is inactive once again.
Even with Blount out, James White remains inactive. This is the equivalent of a redshirt year for him.
