The New England Patriots appear to be back at 53 players. ESPN Boston’s Mike Reiss is reporting that the veteran linebacker and special teams regular was spotted in the team’s locker room this morning:
LB Chris White, a core special teamer waived Sunday, was back at Gillette Stadium this a.m. Expecting him to fill team's final roster spot.

Also, as expected, Danny Aiken also appears to be back:
Long snapper Danny Aiken is present at Gillette Stadium this morning, an indication that he has been re-signed by Patriots.

Even with the re-signing of White, the Patriots are still sorely lacking depth at linebacker. Because they only have three that should see the field regularly – Hightower, Mayo, and Collins – expect a lot of 3-4 looks when the team does go to the base.
