The New England Patriots have announced their inactives for their week one match-up against the Miami Dolphins:

Michael Buchanan and Chris Jones were previously ruled out of the game.
The two big names here are Aaron Dobson and James White. Dobson played against the Giants in the preseason finale, and this looks like a healthy scratch. White's de-activation is a reflection of his place on the depth chart: still behind Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen and not providing the special teams value of Brandon Bolden.
There are a few key players not on this list. Rob Gronkowski, as expected, will suit up. What remains to be seen is exactly how much he'll play, but reports indicate it will be in a "limited" role. Two defensive tackles recovering from injuries will play today: Sealver Siliga is also ready to go following a hand injury, and rookie first round pick Dominique Easley will debut in his first game action since tearing his ACL while at Florida last fall.
Of course, Tom Brady is also active. But that's not a surprise.
